Gamesbrief at the Game Design Conference

By on September 13, 2012

I’ll be speaking at the Game Design Conference in San Francisco on Monday next week, giving a Lightning session on the Gamesbrief Free to Play Spreadsheet and showing off the benchmarks we’ve been collecting on the key metrics driving monetisation. I’ll be livetweeting the whole day from @rupazero.

I’m looking forward to some exciting discussion about game design practice and business, some juicy data for the spreadsheet posts, and meeting people who want to submit guest posts. If you’re going to be there, drop me a line and we can have a chat.

You can book tickets here, with special rates for students!

About Zoya Street

I’m responsible for all written content on the site. As a freelance journalist and historian, I write widely on how game design and development have changed in the past, how they will change in the future, and how that relates to society and culture as a whole. I’m working on a crowdfunded book about the Dreamcast, in which I treat three of the game-worlds it hosted as historical places. I also write at Pocketgamer.biz and The Borderhouse.
