I love it when a game I worked on goes live – Beauty Town on Facebook

By on July 7, 2011

I’ve been working on a number of games over the past two years, but only a few (such as Stronghold Kingdoms and the Aurora space in PlayStation Home) have been launched yet.

I’m really pleased that Beauty Town, from Dynamo Games, went live on Facebook earlier this week.

The game is based around running a fashion boutique, but includes a range of ways to learn about what clothing styles suit different body shapes and sizes. Hopefully players will find the learning as compelling as the game play.

I was involved to drive Acquisition, Retention and Monetisation. In other words, I was all about designing the business model.

Go play Beauty Town. And if you have any feedback, do let me know.
