Crush Digital closes down

By on April 1, 2009

Crush Digital appears to have gone bust before it released its first game.

GamesIndustry.biz reports that the Nottingham studio has appointed Cameron Gunn of ReSolve Partners as administrator. (You may remember him from the recent administration of Free Radical.)

The company, headed by former Core Design member Adrian Smith, was working on a title for 505 Games and had secured funds for another game from the East Midlands Development Agency.

While the administrators told Gi.biz that they were confident a deal could be done, they’ve made all 16 staff redundant.
