Volition loses 86 QA staff as part of THQ’s wider cuts

Red Faction and Saints Row developer Volition has made 86 QA staff redundant as part of THQ’s wider cutbacks, according to GamesIndustry.biz.

86 of the 102 people in the QA department will be let go, and QA will now be handled in THQ’s central facility.

The cuts are part of the 600 layoffs announced by THQ last month.
