Build F2P games with Nicholas at SGGS Berlin

By on April 29, 2013

It’s just two weeks until the Social Gambling and Gaming Summit kicks off in Berlin. Nicholas will be presenting one of the keynotes at the Summit – the ambitiously titled “Make 3 free-to-play games in an hour”, a challenge he’ll be undertaking alongside Patrick O’Luanaigh (nDreams) and Oskar Clark (Applifier). This will be a great opportunity to see some of the core principles that GAMESbrief promotes being put to work on real games, so we really do recommend that you go along if you have a chance.

Other speakers at SGGS Berlin include Hussein Chahine, founder and CEO of Yazino; Owen O’Donoghue from Facebook; Kristina Rothe from Microsoft Germany and Jamison Selby from Monkey King Games, along with many others. It’s an interesting conference in that it brings together people from across the mobile and social games industries along with people from the online gambling industries – many of the challenges these companies face are similar, so hopefully there’ll be useful cross-pollination of ideas between them.

The conference runs over May 14 and 15 in Kalkscheune, Berlin, and GAMESbrief readers can get a 15% discount on the ticket prices by registering at this page and entering the discount code “GAMES”.
