    This looks like an interesting initiative from the IPA. They are running a programme to allow 300 people to find work experience in creative industries, ranging from advertising agencies to games companies such as Square Enix and Zynga.     So it is incredibly pleasing to see a game I have been working on for nearly three years become the second most-popular free-to-play game on Steam.
